me- Amrit

Dear Friends,

It's been pretty hectic day today as I had to comeback from Jaipur to prepare for another trip within next two days' to go back to the same place. I came to attend Rakhi Festival.

As a Manager, at times I feel , its too many things in hand, at times my hands are so full that even time matrix fails to live upto the expectation, My own brain stops working and I start thinking about things not to be drolled upon at that time. I am going through one of most critical phase of my career- which is make or break kind of.

It has been a real tough time, inspite of growing by 28%, this year, I still feel a lot can be done. I had taken a 50% growth based on my own market assessment and teams capability. But, so far have not been successful. Why I took such a steep growth, is still debatable by many people? But, let me assure you - it was a conscious call. If you don't raise your own bar, somebody else will raise himself beyond you and will be the one who will be the next King - obviously in corporate terminology.Hence you need to realise your real potential, have trust on your guts, faith in your and teams abilities and Move ahead.

Four new members are joining my team and I feel, butterflies in my stomach as my Team strength has gone upto 18 members. As a leader, I have lot to do. In terms of bringing the desired market correction, inventory and price correction, bridging the demand and supply gap and at the same time ensuring that all the right practices are followed by the team.

I had written many SOPs for my friends studing in US and UK with one common thought written by me- "You need to have a Goal. You need to be aware of the path that leads to your goal, Finally you need to have enough courage and conviction to follow the path that leads to your goal."

My Goal for next two years on professional front is " Correct the Market and be the one who is leader in true sense". the path is to correct team of mine including all the customers whom I consider in my team only. Courage and conviction is there since childhood. For the last 6 years, I have been working for more than 15 Hours a day without any Break. I only take break in Summers to spend time with my family for a week, so as to regain my energy and recollect my thought process.

Remember again a thought by me " People can copy your result, but they can never copy the thought process which had produced that result"

I think, I am going to be the greatest Business Leader Earth has ever seen since its evolution. Nobody can challenge me, Its not a statement but a purposeful vision of mine.

Regards
Amrit
